Introduction to Customer Agreements
Customer Agreements are used in opentaps to capture the text of any agreement with your Customer. Once created the agreement can be supplemented with payment terms to be used in automated system transactions. Payment terms include the due date, payment discounts, and credit limits for the Customer Billing Account.
