Professional Edition

For users, service providers, and indepedent software vendors, the opentaps Professional Edition offers commercial licensing and second-tier professional support for opentaps.

The opentaps Professional Edition offers a commercial license for opentaps plus professional support.  The commercial license allows you to use or package opentaps without the obligations of the open source licenses. You can then host or distribute opentaps with value added modules.

opentaps Professional Edition also includes professional support from Open Source Strategies Inc., the project manager for opentaps. Professional support is a second-level support service for opentaps versioned releases (1.4.x, 1.0.x, 0.9.x) running on a certified open source or commercial database (currently MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle) and addresses bugs or errors while running opentaps and does not include training, customization, or missing or intended functionality.

opentaps Professional Support package includes:

• Updates for opentaps releases
• Access to opentaps support issue tracker
• Guaranteed response time of four (4) business hours or less during support hours
• Availability from 9 AM to 9 PM US Eastern (6 AM to 6 PM US Pacific) time
• Remote assistance via VNC and SSH

The opentaps Professional Edition is priced at US$600 per user per year and can be purchased for ten users at $6,000 per year.
